Refund Policy for Custom Made By Us

At Custom Made By Us, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund policy to make your experience with us as easy and stress-free as possible.

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale

Timeframe for Refunds:
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact us at returns@custommadebyus.com with your order number and the reason for your refund. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions of our return policy. If the returned items are in their original condition, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within [5-7] business days.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. We do not provide return shipping labels.

What can be returned:

Clients can return defective transfers. Defective transfers include those that do not adhere to fabric, crack in one to two washes, and those that are misprinted. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Custom Made By Us responsibility ends when the transfers are delivered to the carrier. Custom Made By Us IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING OR REPRINTING ORDERS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DELIVERED LATE BY THE CARRIER (UPS/USPS OR FED-EX).

What cannot be returned/reprinted:

1. DTF Transfers that have color shifts due to ICC profile differences.
2. Pixelated prints that result from poor graphics submitted by the client.
3. Prints with grammatical/design errors made by designer.
4. Prints with a white outline/halo resulting from semitransparent pixels in original artwork.
5. Transfers that are damaged by the courier.
6. Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images and other irregularities that were submitted or approved by the client for printing

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
