Artwork Review – Pre-Print Inspection

Have your artwork inspected before it goes to print!

At Custom Made By Us, we understand how important it is for your DTF transfers to look their best. However, our standard production process is print-as-provided, meaning we print the artwork exactly as submitted without performing a detailed inspection or making modifications.

Our optional Artwork Review service gives you an additional level of confidence by having our team inspect your submitted gang sheet for potential issues before production begins.

What's Included in Your Artwork Review?

Our team will examine your submitted artwork for common issues that may affect the final printed transfer, including:

• Image Resolution: Identify low-resolution images that may appear blurry, pixelated, or distorted when printed.
• Background Transparency: Check for unwanted backgrounds, partially transparent pixels, ghosting, and other artifacts that may produce unexpected results.
• White Underbase Issues: Look for transparency problems and unwanted pixels that could cause visible white outlines, borders, or unwanted white ink.
• Artwork Placement: Check for images, text, or other design elements that extend beyond the printable area or appear cut off.
• Image Quality: Identify visible imperfections, rough edges, and other potential concerns that could affect print quality.
• Pre-Print Notification: If we identify potential problems, we'll contact you with our findings before proceeding with production.

Artwork Review Pricing

Artwork Review is charged per unique gang sheet file, based on the length of the submitted sheet.

• Up to 120 inches: $10.00
• 121–240 inches: $20.00
• 241–360 inches: $30.00

Ordering Multiple Copies?

If you order multiple identical copies of the same gang sheet, you only pay for one Artwork Review. For example, ordering 10 identical copies of a 120-inch gang sheet requires only one $10.00 review.

Each unique gang sheet file submitted requires its own Artwork Review.

What's Not Included?

Artwork Review is an inspection and feedback service only. It does not include:

• Artwork modifications or corrections
• Background removal
• Image enhancement or resolution improvements
• Resizing or vectorization
• Rebuilding or recreating designs
• Any other graphic design services

If your artwork requires corrections, our separate Artwork Cleanup service is available for an additional charge.

Important Information

Print-As-Provided Policy: Unless Artwork Review is purchased, all customer-submitted artwork is printed as provided. Customers are responsible for verifying that their files are properly prepared for DTF printing.

Review Limitations: Our team will make reasonable efforts to identify potential artwork issues. However, an Artwork Review is not a guarantee that every imperfection or printing concern will be detected.

Production Time: Artwork Review may require additional processing time. If issues are identified, production will be placed on hold until we receive your instructions or approval to proceed.

No Automatic Corrections: Purchasing Artwork Review does not authorize us to modify your artwork. Any necessary corrections must be made by the customer or purchased separately through our Artwork Cleanup service.
